The system handles tens of thousands of car parts and makes it easier to load car-parts, create sales and quotations in a fast and easy manner. A nice feature we integrated is the creation of an invoice (a sale) at a click of a button straight from a saved quotation.
All transactions are recorded and reports are available for users: parts available, parts sold, sales created, quotations, customers etc.
Multiple user levels have been created, with the administrators having an easy task when it comes to create/remove users from the system. It only takes a few clicks to create/configure or remove a user, or change their administration level.
An internal messaging system provides a clear and efficient way for the employees to communicate within the system. There is a “new message” alert in place which pops up when a new message is received.
